If you want to get into a de-iced and temperature-controlled vehicle in the morning, the radio remote control allows you to switch your parking heater on and off from a distance of up to 600 meters. Vehicles with auxiliary hot water heating (code H12) are also preheated to enable gentle starting. Please note, however, that the range may be reduced by sources of radio interference or obstacles, for example when transmitting from closed rooms. In addition, the heating time is limited to a maximum of 60 minutes after switching on. After switching off via radio, the combustion fan (with code H12 + HZ1) and the coolant pump (only with code H12) continue to run for approx. 3 minutes.
