AMG light-alloy wheels are developed for maximum safety and appearance. Each design is subjected to extensive testing that exceeds all legal requirements. This includes tests that simulate real road conditions as well as examinations of the materials in modern X-ray facilities. Polished wheels must also pass a climate change program and highly corrosive salt spray. Only after all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be delivered as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels. The wheels are precisely matched to the vehicle and are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
