AMG alloy wheels not only improve the appearance of the vehicle, but also ensure maximum safety.

All wheels are precisely tailored to the vehicle in terms of load capacity and size. Before the alloy wheels can prove to be reliable companions on every journey, they have to undergo a comprehensive development and testing program. Each wheel design has to pass a series of stringent endurance tests in accordance with the strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines, all of which far exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate real challenges on the road as well as examinations of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray machines.

Gloss-turned wheels must pass additional tests such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.

AMG light-alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
