AMG alloy wheels not only give the vehicle an improved appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of its load capacity and size. Before the alloy wheels can be considered a reliable companion on all journeys, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing process. Each wheel design must pass a series of stringent hardness tests in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines, which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate real challenges in road traffic, as well as examinations of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.

Gloss-turned rims must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only after all tests have been successfully completed may the rims be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy rims.

AMG light alloy rims are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel fasteners.
