The water and dust protection for the cargo bed offers reliable protection against liquids and dust. Three seals are attached to the tailgate for this purpose. One seal is attached vertically to the edge of the cargo bed on the left and right-hand side of the tailgate. The third seal is attached horizontally underneath the tailgate so that it rests against the underside of the cargo bed when the tailgate is closed, thus preventing water and dust from entering.
