Possible payment methods:

We generally offer you as a customer the payment methods KLARNA invoice/installment purchase, credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, direct debit, Giropay and invoice.

For technical reasons, we cannot rule out the possibility that individual payment methods may not be available at times.

Credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express)

Please enter the card number and expiry date when placing your order. Your credit card account will be debited when the goods leave our warehouse.

PayPal / paydirekt

Payment with PayPal or paydirekt is processed in the same way as when using a credit card. The invoice amount is initially reserved by PayPal/paydirekt and debited to the corresponding PayPal/paydirekt account upon delivery of the goods.

Direct debit

You authorize us to collect the invoice amount from your bank account, which you can revoke at any time. Please state IBAN, BIC and the name of the account holder with every order. The amount will be debited at the earliest two days after dispatch of the goods. In the case of returns, please do not have the amount debited reversed by revoking the direct debit. We will transfer the amount to your bank account. 

INSTANT bank transfer

If you have selected instant bank transfer as your payment method, you will be redirected to a pre-filled bank transfer form. In the next step, enter your usual access data for online banking in a secure payment form. From there, the data will be forwarded to your bank.

You will receive a one-time valid TAN from your bank as usual, for example via smartphone.

Once you confirm the transfer by entering the TAN, you will receive a summary of all the data from the checkout process or a direct purchase confirmation from the store.

KLARNA purchase on account

As a rule, you have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods.

The invoice is sent either by e-mail, separately by post or together with the goods.

KLARNA installment purchase

You can divide your invoice amount at KLARNA into fixed or variable installments over up to 24 months.

GIROPAY

With the new giropay, you can choose how you want to pay. As is currently the case, without registration, by online bank transfer and without buyer protection (previous giropay procedure). And in future also with user name and password or biometric authentication (previous paydirekt procedure including buyer protection). 

 We ship our items with DPD/UPS within Germany and the EU.
