The SLK 200 Roadster R170 was first presented at the 1996 Turin Motor Show and was characterized by sportiness, lightness and brevity (SLK). This model was maintained until 2004, when it was replaced by the SLK R171 series. The Roadster was unique in many respects, particularly due to its Vario roof, a steel roof that could be fully retracted into the trunk without compromising the vehicle's stability. The equipment of the SLK Roadster left nothing to chance, from power steering and light-alloy wheels to sports seats and nostalgic round instruments in the cockpit. Another special feature was the two-tone interior. This miniature model of the roadster, hand-assembled from over 109 individual parts, awaits you with the same attention to detail. It is painted in authentic colors and faithfully reproduces all the interior details. The doors, hood and tailgate can be opened. A screwdriver and a glove are included to remove the model from the Mercedes-Benz Classic packaging and avoid fingerprints.
