AMG light-alloy wheels are not only eye-catching, but also offer the highest safety standards. To ensure that every wheel design meets the strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines, each wheel is subjected to an extensive development and testing program. This includes load tests that simulate real challenges in road traffic, as well as examinations of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities. Polished wheels are also tested for highly corrosive salt spray and a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been passed are the wheels added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels. The wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
