Each wheel is precisely matched to the respective vehicle in terms of load capacity and size. Each wheel design must pass numerous load tests in accordance with the strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines, which far exceed the legal requirements. This includes special test procedures that simulate realistic challenges in road traffic, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.

Gloss-turned wheels must also pass further tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels.

AMG light alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
