AMG alloy wheels not only give the vehicle an attractive appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of load capacity and size. Before the alloy wheels become a safe companion on every journey, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing program. Each wheel design must pass a large number of hardness tests in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz standards, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test methods that simulate real road traffic conditions, as well as material testing in state-of-the-art X-ray equipment.

Gloss-turned wheels must withstand additional tests such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed can the wheels be added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels.

AMG light alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
