AMG alloy wheels not only improve the appearance of the vehicle, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is specifically tailored to the vehicle in terms of its load capacity and size. Before the alloy wheels become a safe companion on every journey, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing process. Each wheel design has to pass a large number of hardness tests in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz standards, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test methods that mimic real-life road traffic situations, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.

Gloss-turned wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed can the wheels be added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.

AMG light-alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
