AMG light alloy wheels not only give the vehicle an improved appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of its load and dimensions. Before the alloy wheels can become reliable companions on all journeys, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing program. Each wheel design must pass a large number of endurance tests, which are carried out in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines and all exceed the legal requirements. This includes special test procedures that mimic realistic challenges in road traffic, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.

Gloss-turned wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.

AMG light-alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
