The book is made of 80g/sqm apple paper in chamois and an apple logo is emblazoned on each squared page. It was produced using a sustainable process in which apple peels and cores are used as raw materials for the patented technology. In addition to an unstitched cover, the notebook has a pen loop, a thread seal and a utensil pocket at the back. The round spine of the book does not have a crease.
