AMG forged wheels not only give your vehicle an improved appearance, but also guarantee maximum safety.
Each wheel is precisely tailored to the respective vehicle in terms of its load capacity and size. Before the forged wheels are approved as reliable companions on all journeys, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing process. All wheel designs have to pass a large number of endurance tests in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz standards, which go far beyond the legal requirements. This also includes special test procedures that simulate real road traffic situations, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.
Gloss-turned or polished wheels undergo additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed are the wheels included in the product range as genuine Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.
AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
