AMG forged wheels not only improve the aesthetics of the vehicle, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of its load capacity and size. Before the forged wheels become a safe companion on every journey, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing process. All wheel models must pass various load tests that comply with the strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines and exceed the legal requirements. These include special test methods that simulate realistic challenges in road traffic, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray machines.

Glossy turned or polished wheels must withstand additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the product range as genuine Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.

AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
