AMG forged wheels not only give the vehicle an improved appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is precisely tailored to the vehicle in terms of its load capacity and size. Before the forged wheels can become reliable companions on every tour, they undergo a comprehensive development and testing program. Each wheel design has to pass a large number of endurance tests in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz standards, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate realistic challenges in road traffic, as well as examination of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.

Gloss-turned or polished wheels must pass additional tests such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed can the wheels be included in the product range as genuine Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.

AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
