AMG forged wheels are not only visually appealing, but also offer the highest safety standards. To ensure that the wheels meet the strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines, they are subjected to an intensive development and testing program. This includes load tests that simulate real challenges in road traffic, as well as examinations of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities. Bright-turned or polished wheels are also subjected to a highly corrosive salt spray and a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been passed may the forged wheels be delivered as genuine Mercedes-Benz wheels. All wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
