AMG forged wheels not only give the vehicle a more attractive appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of its load capacity and size. Before the forged wheels can be reliable companions on every journey, they have to undergo a comprehensive development and testing program. Each wheel design must pass a large number of endurance tests in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz standards, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate real road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray equipment.

High-gloss turned or polished wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only after all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the product range as original Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.

AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
