AMG forged wheels not only improve the appearance of the vehicle, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is precisely matched to the respective vehicle in terms of its load capacity and size. Before the forged wheels can serve as reliable companions on all journeys, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing program. Each wheel design must pass a series of stringent endurance tests in accordance with the strict Mercedes-Benz specifications, all of which exceed the legal requirements. This includes special test procedures that simulate realistic road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.

Gloss-turned or polished wheels must undergo additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully passed may the wheels be included in the product range as genuine Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.

AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
