AMG alloy wheels not only give the vehicle a more attractive appearance, but also guarantee optimum safety.

Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of load capacity and size. However, before the alloy wheels can be considered a reliable companion on all journeys, they have to undergo a comprehensive development and testing program. Each wheel design has to pass a series of demanding tests in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz standards, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate realistic road conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray machines.

Polished wheels must pass additional tests such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels.

AMG light alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
