Each wheel design has to pass a large number of endurance tests, which are carried out strictly in accordance with Mercedes-Benz specifications and above the legal requirements. These tests include special test procedures that simulate real traffic situations, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.
Gloss-turned wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed can the wheels be added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels.
AMG light alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
