AMG alloy wheels not only give the vehicle an attractive appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.

Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of load capacity and size. Before the alloy wheels can become a safe companion on every journey, they have to undergo a comprehensive development and testing program. Each wheel design has to pass a series of stringent endurance tests in accordance with Mercedes-Benz standards, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test methods that replicate real-life challenges on the road, as well as examinations of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray machines.

Glossy polished wheels undergo additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully passed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.

AMG light-alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
