AMG light alloy wheels are not only a visual highlight, but also offer maximum safety. Each individual wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle and undergoes an extensive development and testing program. All wheels have to pass a wide range of endurance tests in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines, which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate real challenges in road traffic, examinations of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities and tests such as corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only after all tests have been passed can the wheels be added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels. All wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
