Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels are more than just a fashion accessory. They ensure maximum safety and are precisely matched to the vehicle. To ensure that the wheels meet the highest standards, they undergo an extensive development and testing program. Each design has to undergo a series of endurance tests, all of which exceed the legal requirements. Bright-turned wheels must also pass a series of additional tests, such as a climate change program or a corrosive salt spray test. Only after all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels. They are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
