The light-alloy wheels from Mercedes-Benz not only give your vehicle a more attractive appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.
All wheels are precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of load and dimensions. Before they can be considered safe companions on all journeys, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing program. Each wheel design has to pass various endurance tests in accordance with the strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines, all of which exceed the legal requirements. This includes special test procedures that simulate real challenges in road traffic, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.
Gloss-turned wheels undergo additional tests, such as the highly corrosive salt spray test or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed can the wheels be added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.
Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
