This includes special test methods that mimic real traffic conditions as well as material testing in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.

Gloss-turned wheels are subject to additional tests, such as extremely corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the product range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels.
